The anuual locksmiths association meet was a complete success says Tony of Locksmiths Manchester Company.
Well if you were there then you know it was a superbly attended event – official figures are: Saturday 759 and Sunday 433.
Training classes, while slow to fill eventually ran with good numbers, although the total numbers were not encouraging enough for us to want to do it again, unless you tell us differently, or have suggestions on the type of training you would like. Sometimes they know when they’re beaten says Tony of Locksmith Manchester Co.
During the show each exhibitor was visited and questioned about their experience and I am pleased to report everyone did a good brisk trade. Some of the exhibitors were there to sell and others to wave the flag and will see the upsurge of orders via your supplier. Do remember if you did not get a chance to speak to an exhibitor – you have the show guide, contact them now and ask questions.
The room layout worked well but some people failed to flow into the Theatre area, even though we changed the traffic flow. For some reason visitors still found ways to avoid the directions. I’m not sure why but this issue will be addressed in 2010. Again, it is worth referring to your catalogue to see if there are any companies you missed and contacting them directly for information it if is likely to be of interest to you. (The catalogue was also printed in last month’s issue anyone who could not get along can still refer to this and obtain details.)
Ultimately, there was no bottlenecking and everyone was busy chatting, selling or helping with customer queries.
All told the day was a complete success and there were a lot of happy faces smiles Tony from Manchester Locksmith Co.
