    He is in there right now sleeping.  I made a nice dinner last night.  I baked pork chops and potatoes for all of us.  My son doesn’t like pork chops.  He is quite picky, so he just ate a baked potato and loaded it up with butter, cheese, and bacon.  It looked great.  We watched a few commercials for New York Insurance  on television last night and then we all went along to bed.  I am a little tired today.  I am happy that my mother is here, though.  I really have missed her the previous few months.

  

         I am glad it is Saturday.  Even though, I am working at least I know that I will have the next two days off.  I like my job working with a Storage Coupons, but I really need a rest.  While I am working today I am also going to clean my apartment and the office really good.  It has been a while since I have had some free time to get it done.  I was pretty busy only at work this week and last week.  I just really want to get the cleaning succeeded in doing so that I don’t have to think about it or concern yourself with it anymore.

   

    I was glad that we only had one unit to auction.  The whole process took only about twenty minutes from start to finish and I was able to get a few more things done ahead of the next new tenant came in using Find Storage Auctions to rent a storage space.  He was a talker.  He was a good guy who is going to the motorcycle repair school outside and just needed a small unit to store some of his stuff.  At least I’m able to say that it was a very productive day because I accomplished a great deal and got two new rentals.

2. I eat low-fat foods and snacks. I avoid foods that have high fat content, because each gram of fat adds 9 calories, whereas one gram of carbohydrate or protein only adds 4 calories. That’s right — each gram of fat costs you more than twice the calories of carbs or protein while occupying the same amount of space in your stomach. That means you need to eat twice as much fat in order to feel full, but you’re adding a lot more calories.

Don’t get me wrong, though. I don’t eat nuts and twigs! I eat low fat ice-cream, cereal bars, graham crackers and other tasty snacks. Just about any high-fat snack has a low-fat alternative at the grocery store these days. Try them out — you’ll like them!

3. I eat a larger number of smaller meals. Instead of having three big meals, I have three smaller meals and have reasonably healthy snack food in between. Eating smaller meals more often keeps your metabolism working at full speed, which keeps those calories burning all day long.
