Tales of a Overdue New Years Resolution Diet, Forex Trading and Gold at the End of the Rainbow

Having made up my mind last year, that I was going to get fit in the New Year, I finally got around to doing something about it two weeks ago. Okay, so it wasn’t the most timely of resolutions, but at least I have started.

Needing to lose a few pounds, I tried looking around to see what was the best way to lose weight fast. I had tried things before like the Atkins Diet and low GI diets but my big problem was that after about a week I was craving bread. I have no idea of the rational behind it, but I firmly believe that I could live on bread alone. Okay, nutritionally bread doesn’t hack it, but it is just so satisfying.

Anyway, having done my research, I hit upon a technique that is similar to a low GI diet but allows one day off a week where you can go mad. Brilliant! I get to eat bread once a week and lose weight. I am just on my second week now and things seem to be going well. Because of what I am eating, the bread cravings do not seem to be there. Maybe it is because whereas before, it felt like I could never eat it again, this way, I know that I get to eat it once a week.

I have also started messing around with forex trading again. I am only looking at it from an outsiders viewpoint at the moment trying to identify if there are any good day trading robot  systems available on the market. I have found a couple of likely candidates that promise to deliver.

On top of that, I am also researching the increasingly popular business of cash for gold, or rather the business of buying gold for cash. It seems crazy how big that industry is becoming. No doubt down to the hardship people are suffering at the moment, looking for any way they can to obtain some cash.
